Concrete and Colored laminated glass for a highway bridge

The widening of Rezé Gate highway bridge, which allows entry to the city of Nantes, has improved pedestrian and bicycle circulation. On this bridge a wall was mounted to obstruct the transmission of sound from the underneath highway. This glass and concrete sound barrier incorporates self cleaning colored laminated glass Vanceva Color Plastofloat.

231 pieces of green Plastofloat laminated glass made with a 6 mm thick self cleaning glass Activ™ and the addition of two Vanceva Color layers: Sapphire 006 and Sahara Sun 004.
